What each person receives

Jobs within their reach
read and sorted every night, with the reason for each choice.
Their resume and cover letter
rewritten for each posting, without making anything up.
Their interviews
rehearsed out loud, with precise feedback, answer by answer.
Their applications
prepared, sent only with their green light, then followed up.
What comes next
the words to negotiate, then Career Watch.

What you see · what you never see

Billing

An unactivated seat comes back to you.

When the code closes, at the end of the 14-week activation window, unactivated seats are credited to your next plan. An invoice line, never a list of people.

To never reveal a total under 10 people, the credit is counted in batches of 10 seats, and only if at least 10 people have activated. A plan with fewer than 10 seats therefore doesn't qualify for a credit. The credit removes the last seats purchased, at their tier price: you pay exactly for the plan you would have bought. It's written on the purchase order.

Example: 48 seats, 38 activated → 10 seats credited, −CA$3,490. 60 seats, 47 activated → 10 seats credited at $211.65, −CA$2,966.50. An 8-seat plan: no credit.

Automatically cover departures over the next 12 months.

Annual framework agreement (example): 120 seats a year at $211.65 (−15%), or CA$35,598 a year, billed CA$2,966.50 each month; unused seats carried over for one year. Amounts before taxes.

The Transition pilot

10 seats
at the regular price: CA$3,490 before taxes, or $2,490.
30 days
to decide what comes next.
If you sign
those 10 seats count toward your plan: the order bills only the balance.
The people
keep their 90 days, whether you sign or not. Never a free pilot.

Frequently asked questions

How do people get their access?

One code per departure plan, slipped into the letter (bilingual insert) or sent by email. No list of names to provide: the code works as many times as you've bought seats, not once more.

What if the code circulates outside the organization?

It stops at the number of seats purchased. You can replace it at any time; access already activated stays valid.

How long does the code stay valid?

14 weeks after the announcement. Each person then counts their 90 days from their activation: there's no rush on the day of the letter.

What happens after the 90 days?

Each person keeps 12 months of Career Watch. If they're still looking, they choose to continue at their own expense, or not: no automatic charge at the end of a sponsored access.

Can the employer find out who uses the access?

No. Not who activated, nor who didn't. No total under 10 people, and the threshold applies in our calculations, before anything is displayed: even our team doesn't see a total under 10.

Does the employer see applications, resumes, messages?

Never. That data stays in the person's account, and they can export or delete all of it whenever they want.

Can a person get support from an advisor?

Yes, if they choose to, in the app: with an advisor from a partner outplacement firm, never with the original employer. They choose what to share, and can stop at any time.

Is it the same app as the one subscribers use?

Yes, complete, exactly like a subscription: the same tools for an executive role or a warehouse job.
