Frequently asked questions
What's an active seat?
A person who used panacheo during the billed month. An unused seat isn't billed, and you never see which one.
What happens under 10 active seats?
From 1 to 9 active seats, the month counts as 10 seats: the invoice line says “fewer than 10 active seats, billed at the 10-seat minimum” without the exact number. A month with no active seats isn't billed.
Is the Canadian-Style Resume included?
Yes, with newcomer mode: resume adapted line by line, arrival steps, Canadian experience.
