For organizations · the job search assistant, offered to your teams
panacheo finds job postings, rewrites the resume for each one, rehearses interviews out loud and prepares the negotiation. Offer it, in full, to every person who is leaving, finishing their studies or arriving in Canada.

The offerings
No stripped-down version: every person gets the full assistant. Only who pays, how, and for how long change. After the support period, Career Watch keeps the person's resume up to date, checks their salary every year and only alerts them if a posting is really worth it.

The rule, before the price
“Noroît never sees your search, or even whether you activated your access.”
The sentence each person reads, word for word, with your organization's name: on the letter, in the email, on the web and in the app.
A total under 10 is shown as “< 10” with its reason, rather than disappearing. A plan with fewer than 10 seats never shows its usage, and an invoice never reveals a total under 10 people. The threshold applies in our calculations, before anything is displayed: even our team doesn't see a total under 10.
The only exception: an outplacement partner sees what a person has chosen to share with them. The person chooses what, and can stop at any time.
What the person receives
An insert slipped into the letter, or an email if you prefer. Bilingual, understated, no promises. The code replaces the list of names: you send no personal data.

For Outplacement Partner, Campus, Settlement & Employment or Member Benefit. Five answers are enough: we get back to you with a proposal and our security documentation. You don't need to send us anyone's name.
No. You see totals, never names, and no total covering fewer than 10 people. The threshold applies in our calculations, before anything is displayed: even our team doesn't see a total under 10.
No. An access code replaces the list: it's handed out with the letter, the email or the poster, and stops at the number of seats purchased.
For Transition, a seat not activated when the code closes, at the end of the 14-week activation window, is credited to your next plan: an invoice line, never a list of people. The credit is counted in batches of 10 seats, and only if at least 10 people have activated: it never reveals a total under 10, so a plan with fewer than 10 seats doesn't qualify for one. It removes the last seats purchased, at their tier price; this is written on the purchase order. For Outplacement Partner and Settlement & Employment, you pay only for active seats.
It's a real 10-seat Transition plan, at the regular price: CA$3,490 before taxes, or $2,490. You have 30 days to decide. If you sign, those 10 seats count toward your plan. The 10 people keep their 90 days of support, whether you sign or not. There's never a free pilot.
No. Every person gets the full panacheo, exactly like a subscription.
For Outplacement Partner and Settlement & Employment, an active seat is a person who used panacheo during the billed month. An unused seat isn't billed. For example, 40 active seats in February at CA$49 add up to an invoice of CA$1,960. A month with no active seats isn't billed. From 1 to 9 active seats, the month counts as 10 seats: the invoice line says “fewer than 10 active seats, billed at the 10-seat minimum” without the exact number.
On activation: CA$125 per activated graduate ($89), for 90 days of full support, then Career Watch for up to 12 months after graduation. You commit to a minimum of 50 activations a year (CA$6,250, or $4,450) and set an activation cap. Each month, new activations are billed in batches of 10, with the remainder carried over to the next month: the invoice says “80 activations” or “10 activations” but never 7. A month with no new activations isn't billed. At the end of the contract year, the last incomplete batch is rounded up to 10, and if the year has fewer than 50 activations, the last invoice tops up to the minimum.
The cohort code no longer activates. The graduate sees a neutral message inviting them to contact your career services office. You can raise the cap at any time from the organization portal.
No. With Member Benefit, the 20% discount goes through web checkout, like every discount: your dedicated link leads there. In the iPhone app, it's full price.
By card or by invoice. For Transition, an annual framework agreement automatically covers upcoming departures, at the tier price: for example, 120 seats a year at CA$296.65, billed CA$2,966.50 a month.
