At the end of the contract year, the last incomplete batch is rounded up to 10; if the year has fewer than 50 activations, the last invoice tops up to the minimum.

When it's reached, the cohort code no longer activates and the graduate sees a neutral message inviting them to contact your career services office. You can raise the cap at any time from the organization portal.

Frequently asked questions
How is Campus billed?
Each month, new activations are billed in batches of 10, with the remainder carried over to the next month: the invoice says “80 activations” or “10 activations” but never 7. A month with no new activations isn't billed.
What if we have fewer than 50 activations in the year?
You commit to 50 activations a year: at the end of the contract year, the last invoice tops up to the minimum ($4,450).
What does our career services office see?
Totals by program, in batches of 10 (“810 or more”), with small programs grouped together. Never who activated.
What happens after the 90 days?
The graduate keeps Career Watch for up to 12 months after graduation. Nothing is charged automatically at the end.
