Included in both plans

There's almost nothing to compare.

Same assistant, same features, no paid add-ons or credits to top up. Only the duration and the way you pay change.

The price pays for the work done for you: panacheo prepares your applications and fills in employers' forms, rewrites your resume and cover letter for each posting, checks questionable postings and rehearses with you out loud. An application by email opens as a draft in your inbox: you're the one who sends it, from your own address.

Included, whatever the duration

  • Reads and sorts postings, with the reason for each choice
  • Rewrites your resume for each posting, without making anything up
  • Fills in forms and prepares your emails; nothing goes out without your green light
  • Runs mock interviews with you out loud, with precise feedback
  • Tracks replies and prepares your follow-ups
  • Weeds out ghost jobs and scams
  • Gives you the words to negotiate, never without you
  • Discreet search: your current employer excluded
  • Supervised autopilot, optional: 30 minutes to cancel each submission
  • Québec French and English, written and spoken

The trial

7 days to see for yourself.

The trial is complete: applications, voice, briefings, autopilot, everything works just as it does for a subscriber, with no usage limits. $0 during the trial. The first payment has a date and an amount, written down before you start, then repeated by email 2 days before.

  • 7

    full trial days

all of panacheo, exactly like a subscription

  • 14

through their referral link · web checkout

In every case, the same reminder 2 days before the end, and cancel in 2 taps in the app.

My subscription · in the app

Leaving takes 2 taps.

“Cancel subscription” and then the confirmation. No screen trying to keep you, no mandatory question, no call. Access stays open until the end of the paid period.

After you're hired

Career Watch · US$4.99 a month, or US$49 a year

Once you're in the job, panacheo keeps a low profile. Your resume stays up to date, your salary is checked every year, and you only hear from it if a posting is really worth it. Career Watch doesn't send applications: to search again, you go back to a Sprint or the Monthly plan.

Nothing to buy here: Career Watch is offered to you in the app after you're hired, never before, monthly or yearly, plus state taxes. If your access came from your employer through Transition, the first 12 months are included; with Campus, it's included for up to 12 months after you graduate.

Web checkout

All discounts go through web checkout.

  • Team code, from 3 colleagues leaving together: −20% on every subscription payment, renewals included, so US$79.99 for the Sprint and US$39.99 for Monthly.
  • Member Benefit, if your professional order, association or union offers one: −20%.
  • Creator code: 7 more trial days, so 14 full days. Never a discount.
  • Referral: a 14-day full trial when a friend or relative invites you.

Your code or link takes you to pay.panacheo.com. In the iPhone app, purchases go through the App Store, as Apple requires, and it's always full price. A discount is always calculated on the base price.

Have an access code?

Provided by your employer, your school or an organization: no credit card required. The organization paying never sees your search, or even whether you activated your access.

Uppercase, dashes, spaces: type it however you like.

Paying for others?

Transition for departing employees, Campus for graduates, Settlement & Employment for newcomers. You see totals, never people.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the Sprint and Monthly?

The duration and the way you pay, nothing else: US$99.99 every 3 months, or US$49.99 every month. The features and the assistant are the same; the Sprint costs a third less than three months on the Monthly plan.

Do I pay during the trial?

No: $0 for 7 days, and the trial is complete, with no usage limits. The date and amount of the first payment are written down before you start, then sent as a reminder by email 2 days before.

How do I cancel?

In the app, in 2 taps: “Cancel subscription” and then the confirmation. No call, no email, no mandatory question. Access stays open until the end of the paid period.

Are taxes included?

No, prices are shown before taxes. Stripe, panacheo's merchant of record, calculates and remits taxes based on your province or state. In Québec, a Sprint comes to $160.95 with taxes included (GST $7, QST $13.96) and a month of Monthly to $80.47 (GST $3.50, QST $6.98). In the United States: plus state taxes.

Is it the same price on iPhone?

In Canada, purchases on iPhone go through the App Store, as Apple requires, always at full price, with the same reminder before the first payment. Discounts, however, go only through web checkout, processed by Stripe.

Does a creator code lower the price?

No. It adds 7 trial days, so 14 full days, never a discount. It applies to web checkout and mainly tells us who told you about panacheo.

Several of us are leaving the same company.

With a team code, everyone pays 20% less from three colleagues up: US$79.99 instead of US$99.99 for the Sprint, US$39.99 for Monthly, on every payment of the subscription taken out with the code, renewals included. On web checkout only. No one sees anyone else's search. If your employer buys Transition, the code switches over to its seats.

A friend or relative invited me. What does that change?

Your trial lasts 14 days instead of 7, complete, on web checkout. If you continue, the person who invited you gets 1 free month once you've paid for your 2nd month or a Sprint. Never cash.

Why no annual subscription?

Because the goal is for you to stop needing it. In the United States, the median duration of unemployment is 11.5 weeks (BLS, September 2026), less than the 3 months of a Sprint; in Canada, however, 24.0% of unemployed people have been looking for 27 weeks or more (Statistics Canada, August 2026). The Sprint renews, and Monthly stops whenever you want. No weekly plan. Annual exists only for Career Watch, after you're hired: US$49 a year, or US$4.99 a month.
