panacheo Outplacement Partner · for outplacement firms
Your advisors keep the human side. panacheo does the repetitive work.
Every person you support gets the full panacheo: sorted postings, a resume rewritten for each one, interviews rehearsed out loud. Your advisors see what each person chooses to share with them, and nothing else.
$59
$59 per active seat per month, 100-seat minimum mandate.
A seat unused during the month isn't billed, and neither is a month with no active seats. From 1 to 9 active seats, the month counts as 10 seats, so that no invoice reveals a total under 10 people.

Sharing by choice
A person can choose to share their progress and upcoming interviews with their advisor, in the app. Their resume only if they want; their messages and their postings, never. They stop whenever they want, and the summary already shared is deleted.

Frequently asked questions
What's an active seat?
A person who used panacheo during the billed month. An unused seat isn't billed, and a month with no active seats isn't billed at all.
Why bill 10 seats when there are only 4?
So that no invoice reveals a total under 10 people. The line says “fewer than 10 active seats, billed at the 10-seat minimum” without the exact number.
What do our advisors see?
What each person chooses to share with them: the week's progress, upcoming interviews, and their resume if they want. Never their messages or their postings. Sharing can be revoked with one gesture.
Does the former employer see anything?
Nothing. Not the search, not the sharing, not even whether the person activated their access.
